Strelitzia augusta also known as white Strelitzia, is an evergreen herbaceous that belongs to the family of strelitziaceae.
It is a very striking plant because of its resemblance to a palm tree because of its large leaves that can reach up to one meter in height, the trunk is born directly and its flowers are formed by a purple bract and white petals, they can emerge several times a year.
Strelitzia augusta is resistant to drought.
