Height
It usually reaches a height of 30 to 60 centimeters, although in ideal conditions it could grow a little taller.
Colour
Most common colour is orange, but there are varieties in salmon, corals, yellows
Flowering
Mainly during spring and summer.
Location
A semi shade area is perfect for Crossandra, however it can be get used to sunny areas.
Temperature
It grows best in areas with warm temperatures, and usually suffers with temperatures below 10 ºC.
Irrigation
Moderate watering without puddling and make sure that the soil does not dry out too much between watering. Reduce watering in winter.
Sowing distance
You can plant Crossandra every 30cms approx.
Applications
Use Crossandra in pots, or groups in the garden, also nice with blue flowers such as Agapanthus.
