SHIPPING AND RETURNS

At VIVEROS GONZÁLEZ we entrust the transport service to the ENVIALIA and PALLET WAYES companies.

ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED:

  • Mondays, Tuesdays for 72 hours orders.
  • Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for 24-36 hours to allow a delivery in the best possible conditions as far as plants are concerned, considering that it is a living being.

Orders will be shipped as far as there are enough units of the product in the garden centre, if not, they will be shipped in the moment all the products of the order are ready to be shipped. Customers will be informmed about the progress of the preparation of the order and about the moment the order has been shipped.

Deliveries time for order will be between 24 and 72 hours, once the order had been shipped from the VIVEROS GONZÁLEZ centre, or production centre. From that moment onwards it will be the responsability of the transport company the guard and care of the shipment.

Price of shipment will be calculated autommaticaly by the computer program system, taking into account the volume and weight of the product as well as the delivery zone.

SHIPPING TIMES: 

  • ENVIALIA 24 -36 H. Orders will be shipped Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as far as  all the products are available at the centre.
  • ENVIALIA 36-72 H. Orders will be shipped Mondays and Tuesdays, as far as all the products are available at the centre.
  • PALLETWAYS. 36-72H. Ordes will be shipped Mondays and Tuesdays as fas all the products are available at the garden centre.
  • PALLETWAYS: Orders Tuesdays after 17.00h will be shipped the following Monday.

RETURNS

  • Customer has 14 days to return a product, as long as it is in the same conditions as it was delivered. VIVEROS GONZÁLEZ after checking the status of the product will refund the amount in the same payment method used by the customer to acquire it, and once the products are back on the nurseries' gonzalez' units.
  • Shipping cost will not be deducted in this case and will reponsibility of the customer.
  • To pay back the shipping and products costs, in the base of broken products, customer will send photos or video of the broken products to the shipping company on the same day of the receipt of the shipment, where it can be seen that the product or products have actually arrived broken due to the bad conditions in which the packaging has arrived - it is also necessary to send photo or video of the packaging.


VIVEROS GONZÁLEZ guarantees the correct packaging  of all products purchased by its customers.
