Plant availability notice
At Gonzalez Nurseries, we are proud to offer a wide selection of plants and garden products to meet your needs. However, it is important to note that, on occasion, some of our plants may not be available from our physical stock at the time, but we do have them available from our trusted growers.
Ordering these plants from our growers may mean a slight delay in the delivery of your order. This is because we want to ensure that the plants you receive are of the highest quality and in the best condition. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we believe it is essential to provide you with healthy and beautiful plants.
We will clearly inform you if a plant you have selected is not available in our stock and we need to obtain it from our suppliers. Our team will work diligently to expedite the process and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

Shipping and Returns
We entrust the transport service to the company MRW and PALLET WAYS
As a general rule, orders will be shipped from Monday to Wednesday:
Within 24 hours to all those orders received on our website until 16:00h. not counting Saturdays, Sundays and holidays of any kind .
as long as we have the requested products in stock at our facilities.
Deliveries may be delayed for a period of 48/72 hours for reasons beyond the company's control.
The products that, due to their weight and/or dimensions, are advertised on the website but are not for direct sale there, are sold exclusively in our facilities or by telephone. They carry a personalised shipping rate which will be communicated to the customer at the time of closing the sale. The contact telephone number for telephone orders is 682 771 763.
The cut-off time for dispatching orders will be 16:00h. for all orders both those received via the web, telephone or any other digital channel.
The order will be sent as soon as all the products requested by the customer are available at the garden centre. A message will be sent to the customer when the order leaves the garden centre or production centre.
Once the order has left the premises of VIVEROS GONZÁLEZ, the order will become the responsibility of the transport company who will be responsible for its guard and custody.
The transport prices will be as follows:
7.95 for all orders placed from mainland Spain and mainland Portugal.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla. We do not ship to the Azores and Madeira.
The collection of the orders at Viveros González facilities will be free of charge.
FREE in all those orders over 89,00€.

The shipping companies are as follows:
MRW for all those urgent orders.
PALLET WAYS for all those heavier or bulky orders.
The customer has 4 days to report any incident or damage to products received, since receiving the order.
The customer has 14 days to return a product, as long as it is in the same condition as it was delivered, except for plants, which cannot be returned. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. (Plants do not have the right of withdrawal by law)
VIVEROS GONZÁLEZ, after checking the state of the product, will refund the amount with the same method of payment that the customer used to purchase it.
VIVEROS GONZÁLEZ will deduct the amount of the transport if the cause is due to deterioration of the product or wrong product.
The products will be replaced or paid for if they are damaged during shipping and once the transport company has informed VIVEROS GONZALEZ of the damage.
In order to pay the cost of the damaged or broken products, the client must send a photograph or video to the transport company on the same day that the shipment is received, where it can be seen that the product or products have indeed arrived broken due to the poor condition of the packaging - it is also necessary to send a photograph or video of the same.
VIVEROS GONZÁLEZ guarantees the correct packaging of all products purchased by its customers.
