Salvia leucantha is an evergreen shrub that belongs to the family Laminaceae. It is another one of the many varieties that exist of Salvia. Like almost all of them, this sage has a great beauty for its pink and violet bloom.
We must sow it during the months of February to June or between September and November in hot climates. In cold climates the sowing season is from March to June or September October.
This plant needs sun and heat, being the temperature to stay healthy up to 35º.
We must water it 2 or 3 times a week, although it also supports drought.
The soil does not need much organic matter, but it must be sandy and well drained.
