Festuca arundinacea starlett is a very hardy grass seed variety adapted to the climate of the Iberian Peninsula.
Before sowing, remove weeds from the surface. Work the soil to a depth of 20-25 cm to aerate the soil. Incorporate the bottom fertiliser in the second pass of the power tiller, which will be crossed to
the outside. Then rake, level and roll the soil with a roller in order to compact it without compacting it.
Then spread the seeds evenly in two perpendicular passes, avoiding windy days. Then rake lightly and roll again.
Water preferably by sprinkling, avoiding the surface drying out to form a crust, for the duration of the nascence.
Make the first 3 cuts when the grass is between 8 and 10 cm high, using sharp, clean blades set at a height of 5 cm. Subsequently, the mowing height can be lowered.
Fertilise twice a year, once in spring and once in autumn, to keep the lawn in optimum condition for as long as possible.
Packaging: 1 kg pack for a yield of 35 m2.
